Will Isabella GO BANKRUPT?

ISABELLA COUNTY, keep your eyes open! Our County is considering the renovation of the County building and they've offered NO other options to the public. And the plans, overzealous with the non-necessary MSU extension and a kitchen for them (in case they get a grant to cook something).

Our county has had us in another predicament behind the scenes, putting another huge financial burden on the taxpayers of Isabella.

Pung vs Isabella County. A case that has been in process and according to the Commissioner Chair, could "bankrupt" the county and other counties are providing "$20,000" to support our County defense, YET...

The county proceeded to build an overly expensive jail, abate a building of asbestos that was non-detect in work spaces, got rid of our road patrol because of no funds, projecting a 7 county recycling center, and move to invest millions into an overzealous renovation of the county building all while retaining non-required positions and giving funding discounts to animal spay and neuters in other counties.

We are interested to know the damages requested from this case. Not because the plaintiff doesn't deserve damages, because Commissioners are not taking actions to cut our spending while being aware of potential damages!
