County AVOIDS COST/BENEFIT analysis.

 Yesterday's Commissioner Board meeting resulted in:

1. FOIA denial of financials

2. Approval to move forward with bid preperation for the rennovation of the abated County building

Public Comment by Debra Gray-Frankie (forgiveness if spelling is incorrect) was on-point (listen at about 6:60minutes)... The County should be looking at cost/benefit analysis options for a county building, not jumping into an option.

 Later in discussion, the board says the have done their research.

THE PROBLEM? Non of the other results have been analysized and done so in public session. In our opinion, these private deliberations of the board may pose legal concerns.
