Turning down a NEW BUILD based on ONE EXTREME proposal

Have you heard the details and seen the proposal that TAXPAYERS PAID FOR regarding a NEW BUILD of a COUNTY BUILDING? We didn't, neither did all of the County Commissioners, until it was supplied to us through a citizen FOIA.

Again, we see dollar signs from SPICER GROUP. This proposal was turned down as TOO EXPENSIVE with ONLY Spicer's proposal, and project cost presented by SPENCE BROTHERS, but NOT other BIDS. WITHOUT PUBLIC MEETING DISCUSSION, it then it moved to a proposal for ONLY SPICER to pick up process for bids to go out the RENO RE-BUILD of County Building. After scrutiny, it has now been decided that the proposal process will go out for open bids

ONLY for the RENO Re-build.

The problem? ZERO TRANSPARENCY. COMMISSIONERS WERE NOT EVEN SUPPLIED RESULTS. ZERO RESULTS and COST/BENEFIT analysis provided. WHO are the Commissioers working for? Citizens are asking if they are getting kick backs? Others are asking WHY are they going over the top with a building and spending and still haven't brought back Road Patrol.
