Be advised that the Isabella County BOC has:

1. Voted months ago to pay for specs for a brand new County Building to be built by the new jail.

2. NOT put the plans to the public for discussion but instead has determined that they will be put to bid without public input.

3. NOT even voted to put plans to bid yet

However the County has denied the request from an Isabella Citizen to share those plans with the public, but first by saying they didn't exist (which would have been a breach of the contract see below). After discussion, a second denial was because the board hasn't seen them.

BE ON NOTICE for these plans to hit the floor of a BOC meeting along with completed bidding and a bond intent to build as they desire most (which is likely to be quite Supreme such as County Jail along with NO VOTE from public).

BE PREPARED for offical signatures to be collected to force a bond to the ballot so the money providers (aka voters) get to decide.

At this time, there have been no additional contracts past Work Directive Change No. 3 as nothing new regarding the Administration Building has been presented to the Board of Commissioners.
